It Just Keeps On Coming
It's been snowing now since about 3 in the morning and in between we have had ice pellets, freezing rain and now it's back to snow. Looks really pretty though doesn't it?
Steve is hoping that this is the last snowfall of the winter, huh...it's only the end of January I pointed out to him. We have at least three more months left. I have seen snow like this in April here in T-Do so you never know. I think right about now he wishes he'd never left California.
Tomorrow is groundhog day and I sure hope Wiarton Willi doesn't see his shadow.

It looks beautiful and slightly chilly. We had some sleet and snow overnight here in western Germany, and there is still a light cover at midday. But it is nothing like proper winter weather!
I love that one photo. It looks magical. We had an all day ice storm here. Vehicles literally encased in ice. Ahh, winter, eh?
There is beauty in the snow, unless you're the one having to move it out of the way in order to make it out of the driveway.
As I sit and look at your photos, I reminisce of the long winters spent outdoors as a young girl in Edmonton. I don't recall ever having a snow day.
This blizzard broke a record from 1967 and it is beautiful. I still can't get out of my driveway though..ciao
